A controversial Brooklyn charter school network won its second legal battle of the week Friday.
A New York State Supreme Court judge dismissed a lawsuit against Success Academy Williamsburg brought by the Southside Community Schools Coalition.
Earlier this week, a case against Success Academy Cobble Hill was also thrown out.
Some Cobble Hill parents and students protested against the school's expansion earlier this year.
Success Academy's CEO, Eva Moskowitz, said in a statement that the dismissal was a victory for families that want more school options.
The network attracted controversy for being allowed to set up charter schools in already-existing public schools.
