A former Queens resident accused of having ties to al-Qaida is meeting with his lawyer before a second round of questioning with the FBI.
Agents are looking into boxes of evidence taken from Najibullah Zazi's suburban Denver home after federal officials executed a search warrant.
His lawyer says his client gave authorities fingerprints, a DNA sample and a handwriting sample.
Zazi has not been arrested and maintains he is not involved with any terrorism plot.
He traveled to New York City over the weekend, prompting officials to raid three homes in Queens on Monday.
No arrests were made following the raids.
The New York Police Department and the FBI say there were no specific threats to New York.
