NY1 VIDEO: The New York City Department of Small Business Services makes it easier for businesses in the city to form and to grow by providing direct assistance to business owners, and in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, the department is now trying to help small businesses impacted by the storm get back on their feet. SBS Commissioner Rob Walsh spoke with NY1 about their efforts.
