The woman accused of killing a man by pushing him in front of a subway train has been found competent to stand trial.
A judge on Monday declared Erika Menendez, 31, mentally fit.
Prosecutors say she pushed Sunando Sen into the path of a 7 train in Sunnyside Queens last month.
Investigators say Menendez told police she hates Muslims and thought the 46-year-old practiced Islam.
Menendez will be arraigned on the charge of murder as a hate crime when she goes back to court on January 29.
