NY1 VIDEO: Some residents of the Hamilton Beach section of Queens who are still dealing with the after effects of Hurricane Sandy are up in arms about their constant lack of heat and hot water and say National Grid is not doing enough to help them. A National Grid spokesperson told NY1 that the utility has not been able to identify the source of a water leak that is affecting the neighborhood's heat and hot water lines.
