An indictment was handed up Tuesday in the case of a nanny accused of stabbing and killing two children in her care.
Prosecutors say Yoselyn Ortega was indicted on first and second-degree murder charges.
She's accused of killing LuLu and Leo Krim on October 25 on the Upper West Side.
The children, ages 6 and 2, were found in the bathtub by their mother.
Police say Ortega is recovering from self-inflicted wounds and was able to talk to officers on November 3.
She was arrested shortly afterwards.
Ortega has not yet been charged in the case and has not yet been arraigned.
