A city teenager is waiting to be arraigned after being arrested in the shooting of a livery cab passenger in Brooklyn.

Michael Magnan, 19, is facing charges including attempted murder.

Police say Magnan was armed with a gun when he walked up to a livery cab after it stopped in Flatlands early Saturday morning.

Investigators say when he tried to reach in and steal something, the driver struggled with him.

The gun went off hitting the passenger in the head.

The passenger is in critical condition on life support.

There was another shooting earlier in the night at a house party nearby, though police say Magnan is not connected to that incident.
