Sex abuse charges were dropped against a Queens paraprofessional Monday.

The Queens District Attorney says a grand jury decided not to indict Brett Picou, 30.

He was accused of fondling six female students at P.S. 52 in Springfield Gardens.

Picou was arrested in February after school personnel overheard students talking about the alleged incidents and notified police.

A spokesperson for the Department of Education says Picou remains suspended without pay and the matter is under review by the department.
