Millions of dollars in counterfeit money orders and checks are now in the hands of authorities after being seized at JFK airport.
Customs and Border Protection Officers say the orders and checks arrived in packages from Ghana and one from Nigeria on March 23.
Authorities say they totaled more than $6.7 million.
The money orders have been turned over to the Postal Inspection Service for investigation.
