NY1 VIDEO: Two of Jamaica Bay’s marsh islands, Elders Point East and Elders Point West, have been restored and now the Army Corps of Engineers has given almost $7.3 million to pump sand and provide plantings for a third marsh island, the Yellow Bar Hassock.
