Investigators say a 2002 Chrysler Sebring was going the wrong way near 58th Road Saturday morning, when it crashed head-on into a livery cab.
The cab passenger, George Gibbons, was pronounced dead at Elmhurst Hospital.
The livery driver and a passenger in the Sebring were listed in stable condition.
The driver of the Sebring fled on foot.
