Teen Charged With Slashing 12-Year-Old

A 15-year-old was arrested Sunday in connection with the slashing of a 12-year-old boy in Queens.
Law enforcement sources say Wayne Henderson of Brooklyn has been charged with second-degree attempted murder and first and second-degree assault for the stabbing.
According to reports, Henderson and Luis Martinez, 12, were hanging out Saturday night in Highland Park, where they had gone to smoke marijuana.
The two allegedly got into an argument at around 10 p.m., with Henderson blaming Martinez for getting him in trouble the last time they smoked pot.
Investigators say he slashed Martinez in the face and then stabbed him multiple times.
Martinez flagged down a driver on the Jackie Robinson Parkway, who called 911.
He was taken to the hospital in serious condition, but his condition is now described as stable.
