Mickey Mantle's Restaurant could be facing its final at-bat.
The venerable restaurant on Central Park South is facing eviction for not paying rent.
It went into bankruptcy a few months ago, and its owners have approached former Yankees like Goose Gossage and David Cone about pitching in to help save the business.
Mantle's original partner in the restaurant, Bill Liederman, is looking to raise a million dollars to keep the business afloat.
Since Mickey Mantle's opened 25 years ago, its rent has gone from $250,000 a year to $850,000 a year.
