A federal judge says there is not enough evidence to prove a company founded by Osama bin Laden's father helped fund the September 11th terrorist attacks.
As a result, the judge has dismissed the company as a defendant in six cases being brought by September 11th victims.
The cases name more than 200 defendants, including al-Qaida and a number of charities, banks and front organizations that they say helped terrorists.
