Valentine's Day is right around the corner, but it's not too late to plan a great night out or even a quick getaway and still save money on one's sweetie. NY1's Travel reporter Valarie D'Elia filed the following report.

New Yorkers who are looking to let a little love into their life this Valentine's Day have their choice of some last-minute getaways that won't break the bank or the heart.

Omni Hotels & Resorts throughout the United States are offering the "Ooh La La" romance package for Valentine's Day and beyond, including perks like a romance concierge, sparkling wine, sweets for your sweet, a sexy turndown service, breakfast for two and late check-out. Rates per night range from $199 to $339 and it is valid between February 10 and December 31, 2012. View www.omnihotels.com for more information.

The Radisson Hotel New Rochelle, bordering the Bronx, is offering a $199-plus-tax Valentine’s Day package. It includes one night’s stay in a king guest room, a free in-room movie or a bottle of champagne upon arrival, dinner for two at the CityChow House restaurant and free room service breakfast. The package is available for stays between February 10-24. Details are available at www.radisson.com.

Set your sights on New York city's top sights with a "Night On The Town" double-decker bus tour from Gray Line New York Sightseeing on Valentine's Day Eve. This whirlwind evening includes a guided walk along the High Line Park, a water taxi ride for a champagne toast at the Statue of Liberty and a ticket to the Top of the Rock Observatory. The five-hour tour on also manages to squeeze in dinner in Little Italy at the historic Grotta Azzurra restaurant.
