The 66th annual Tony Awards are being handed out to Broadway's best at the Beacon Theatre Sunday night, and the musical "Once" leads with 11 nominations including Best Musical.
"Once" is a love story based on a 2006 movie about a young Czech songwriter and an Irish street musician.
Vying with "Once" for Best Musical were "Leap of Faith," "Newsies" and "Nice Work If You Can Get It," which snagged 10 nods.
The revival of "The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess" also picked up 10 nominations, including Best Revival of a Musical.
The nominees for Best Play were "Clybourne Park," "Other Desert Cities," "Peter and the Starcatcher" and "Venus in Fur."
Neil Patrick Harris is hosting the Tonys for the third time.
