Puppet Version Of "Little Broken Hearts"

First up, Norah Jones won't be playing in town until July 3, but a new experimental puppet show set to Jones's new album "Little Broken Hearts" opens Thursday night at The ClockWorks Puppet Theatre in Brooklyn and runs through July 14. Tickets are $20.

Also on Thursday night, see Academy Award winner Christopher Plummer star in "The Tempest" at several movie theaters around town. This is a one-time theater event. The movie was filmed live at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and is directed by Des McAnuff.

A Jew Grows In Brooklyn

"A Jew Grows In Brooklyn," a comedic musical memoir about an American-born son of Holocaust survivors in 1960s Brooklyn, is playing off-Broadway at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Theater on West 46th Street after a national tour. Tickets start at $35.

River To River Festival

This Sunday, the River To River Festival kicks off with a 12-hour Bang On A Can Marathon at the World Financial Center. Looking ahead, this year's line-up also includes a birthday celebration for Latin jazz great Eddie Palmieri on June 21, plus a large-scale dance performance by Sylvain Emard which will take place at the South Street Seaport on June 22-24. The festival is free and runs through mid-July.

Cirque Du Soleil's "Zarkana"

Cirque du Soleil's "Zarkana" is back at Radio City Music Hall. Check it out its eye-popping stunts and high-flying acrobatics through September 2. Tickets start at $59.

On Sunday, for adults only, "Broadway Cares," so Broadway bares! Come out for a seriously sexy time as the Broadway set does burlesque to raise money for Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids. Shows are at 9:30 p.m. and midnight at the Roseland Ballroom and tickets start at $60.
