NY1 has a follow-up to a September NY1 for You report on a Queens car dealership that got an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.

City and state officials announced Tuesday that the owners of Auto Palace in Woodside are being charged with sales tax fraud.

Investigators say Hooshmand Kohanano and his wife Fereshteh took nearly $730,000 in sales tax from car buyers, but never gave it to the state.

There's also a second case.

NY1's earlier report on Auto Palace focused on claims of fraudulent financing, and the dealership's former finance manager is now facing related charges.

A Queens grand jury returned a 95-count indictment against Julio Estrada, charging him with defrauding customers out of $115,000 in an alleged phony refinancing scheme.

All three defendants are waiting to be arraigned.
