Former Queens hospital executive Robert Aquino has pleaded guilty to bribing former State Senator Carl Kruger.

Aquino, the former CEO of Parkway Hospital in Forest Hills, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit bribery.

He admitted that when the hospital was slated for closure in 2008, he agreed to pay $60,000 to Adex Management, a company that Kruger had interests in.

In exchange for the payments, Kruger would use his powers as an elected official to keep the struggling hospital open.

Aquino faces up to five years behind bars and a maximum fine of $250,000 when he will be sentenced on May 3.

Kruger, seen above, resigned last month after pleading guilty to charges he participated in a bribery scheme. His sentencing is set for April 26. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
